WA Professional Electrical was engaged to deliver the full electrical services package for the new Phat Brew Club venue at Hillarys Boat Harbour — a fast-tracked hospitality fit-out in one of Perth’s most iconic waterfront locations.

Delivered under extremely tight timeframes, the project required close coordination, practical problem-solving, and a flexible approach to ensure the programme remained on track without compromising quality.

Our works included the full electrical installation, power distribution, general and feature lighting, digital lighting control, communications, and associated services to support the operation and atmosphere of the venue.

Midway through the project, changes were introduced to enhance the digital lighting control system. Our team worked proactively with the builder, consultants, and project stakeholders to provide practical solutions that could be integrated efficiently while maintaining momentum on site.

From rough-in through to final commissioning, every stage was delivered with a focus on functionality, adaptability, and finish. Completed on time, the project is a strong example of our ability to deliver high-quality electrical solutions in fast-paced commercial fit-out environments — where timing, coordination, and attention to detail are critical.
