Scope of works:

Working alongside GLX construction, this massive showroom is home to a huge 1500sqm showroom, 540sqm mezzanine level warehouse, two break outs, and an 800 sqm outdoor carpark.

Services provided:

• Installation of the Site Main Switchboard, switches, controls, and switchgear protection.
• Installation of a 3 chassis distribution board to accommodate for lighting, power and mechanical systems use. Installation of check metering to each distribution board chassis & to include communications ability for integration into a future Energy Management System.
• Installation of general purpose and special purpose power systems including sub circuit wiring, circuit breakers & RCDs, power outlets, accessories and connections to equipment in accordance with the requirements of AS3000.
• Installation of sub-mains cables to all switchboards, including mechanical switchboards, hydraulic switchboards, fire protection services switchboards and lift/hoist control panels. All sub-mains were configured to minimise the likelihood of interference.
• Installation of all switches, GPOs, single and captive type multi-phase power outlets including weatherproof outlets and accessories
• Installation of the complete internal, architectural and external lighting system including all support fixtures, underground cabling, conduits, lighting columns, pole footings and reticulation support systems.
• Installation of the complete single point LED emergency and LED exit lighting system compliant to AS2293 including all hardware and commissioning and testing of the emergency lighting system.
• Installation & coordination with Telstra for the provision of incoming telephony to a nominal 20 pair MDF 
• Installation of underground lead-in conduits to facilitate Telstra incoming cabling
• Installation of a new communications rack and cat6 cabling
• Provided testing, commissioning and certification of equipment and systems
• Provided as-constructed drawings, documentation and operation and maintenance manuals
• Provided warranty, maintenance and defects liability period (12 months)
• All components and systems completed in every respect, fully tested and commissioned and placed into service.
