Scope of works:

Our Design & Construct service seamlessly delivered this project. We’re passionate about best-practice solutions for our clients, and our electrical design team worked closely with our electricians to make sure this glass house was ready for the publics enjoyment.

Services provided:

• Preparation of “Design”, “For Construction” and “Shop Drawings” which was coordinated with other services prior to the commencement of works including power & lighting.
• Provided and was responsible to incorporate As-Built and O&M Manuals.
• Provided inspection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the entire electrical installation for the Defect liability period. All results were incorporated within the O&M manuals.
• Ensured that all required penetrations of concrete floors and walls were sealed & made good which was included in the final tender price.
• Provided certificate of electrical safety for the works.
• Regularly removed from the site all rubbish, debris, material cuttings and other redundant materials which resulted from the electrical works of the Contract.
• Provided earthing to all steel supports & any support structures which were required for any fixtures and fittings as well as main equipment including switchboards.
• Co-ordinated with other services drawings and allowed for power supplies to all hydraulic and fire services including hydraulic pumps, storm water pumps.
• Provided labelling of all power and communication equipment and outlets.
