Scope of works:

Home to Perth’s leading businesses, Exchange Tower is a place that brings the best of commercial enterprise and a spirit of superior customer service to life. The Exchange Tower is located in the core of Perth’s CBD. This 40 storey office tower is located just off St Georges Terrace and adjacent to the stunning Elizabeth Quay.

Services Provided: 

• Installed new CAT6A communications cabling as UTP and all CAT6A outlets and patch panels compliant with the use of twisted pair cabling
• Installed new protective devices for all outgoing circuits from the tenant distribution board.
• New cabling, cable containment and cabling alterations
• Alterations and amendments to existing basebuild KNX DALI lighting control system
• New general purpose power and accessories.
• Power supplies to fixed appliances and equipment.
• Installed new emergency lighting & exit signage and integrated into the existing KNX DALI test system).
• Installed new MK10a EDMi metering and KNX dali control for lighting systems
• Security & access control
• Provided testing, commissioning and certification of equipment and systems
• Provided as-constructed drawings, documentation and operation and
• maintenance manuals
• Provided warranty, maintenance and defects liability period (12 months)
• All components and systems completed in every respect, fully tested and commissioned and placed into service.
